Happy New Year 2017

We welcome new year with lots of happiness and joy. We did the same for 2017

We did it.. our first Chess trophy for our school..

We both love Chess.. yes .. the real reason we go to chess is to meet our friends and play.. guys chess touranament is not as boring as u think .. it is really fun.. as the game usually last for 5min to 45 min.. but we have like more than an hour of break between next chess round.. guess what we do.. practice chess..?? wrong ... we play .. play to our heart content.. and imagine.. having just five rounds and making us stay from 8am and 5pm.. do the math the amount fun time we have... those who think these tournaments are boring think again😊

we usually dont post our chess tournaments as we doo a lot and just don't have time to update them.. this however we had to..

this time however it was just not fun.. we actually won medal for our school.. and had opportunity to have pics with our principals.. it was super cool. waiting to do this again.. soon..

I jovan .. got a the trophy for my section ( this was my 3rd tournament.. yeah I got medal too in last one .. he he.. )

Halloween and Diwali

When both Halloween and Diwali fall on the same day .. what do we do??
we celebrate both


we helped mum to create a halloween / diwali theme in our home and also offcourse went for trick or treat. This year was even more special... as we had sudha periamma join us for the celebration. wish Deepa periama also joined .. would had been fun

Our First 5K

We did our first 5k with favorite friends Devika, Pallavi and Aman . We simple loved it. We would have kept a very good timing if not for our slow mommy.

Our BirthDay

Our Birthday is always a awesome time of the year and each year we have it celebrated in a unique way depending on what we like that year.

also our birth day is a weeklong event not just a day event ;)

This year as always some of our friends in india celebrated our birthday with our grandparents and we celebrated more with our friends in Austin.

This year our theme was main event and our camp.. on june 17th we spent time with our friends rockclimbing and doing other fun stuff at main events.. and on our actual birthday which was 22nd we celebrated at our camp.

We have a Pet....

Guess what we have.. Baby Chick :).. we kept them for a while and had to give away as were too big to keep in our home.

They came to us during our spring break;

while the chicks were home .. our cousin nikki and maanav visited us for spring break.. it was really fun taking care of the chick with our cousins

14 Feb the Day of Love

who knows to celebrate this day than our beautiful family. All dressed in red. we will continue celebrating every year. We also took time make the beautiful necklace .. mum is wearing :)
